Top yourself with a bow - actually, three!

The height of girlish but sophisticated 40’s fashion! This fab little New York Creations topper is bold fuchsia with a puff of four-petal white flowers that look a little like the puff of a Snowball tree!They are beautiful done with yellow centers and green leaves and stems. This is an O-ring style tilt with a cloth-covered ring to position the hat on your head. It also comes with a hat pin! Has a plush velvet bow at the back and fancy, floating veil.
