I love texture! And it is even better when paired with silver and copper.

While making some earwires I had some sterling silver drip and splash. I loved the texture and decided it needed to be incorporated into a piece of jewelry.

I contrasted the sterling silver splashes on a .48 inch (12.21 mm) copper disc that I cut, domed and then forged together into this textural disc. I then created 3 heavy wire rings, soldered them together and gave them a hammered texture.

A patina was then applied to show the nice textures of the organic metals and to give them depth. It nearly has a planetary look!

This is a size 5, great as a pinky ring or for a small finger.

Comes beautifully boxed for gift giving!
