This fabulous dress will be made to your measurements. The dress is made of a 100% cotton polka dot fabric in your color choice with a coordinating stripes flounce at the hem. Lace (also in the color of your choice) is sewn at the neckline. A velvet tie bow adorns the waistline. There are so many lovely possibilities with the wonderfully versatile dress. The skirt is super swishy and will fit over the even the fullest of crinolines (crinoline not included). Fully lined in wonderfully soft cotton in a coordinating color.
